A number of experienced and dedicated teams are involved in delivering our excellent service levels, including:

Quality Assurance

Our Audit Team aims to drive compliance and best practise through ongoing and rigorous programme of audits. They determine the customers’ compliance with contractual and legislative obligations and ensure our internal and external clients are presented with concise, relevant and practical findings and recommendations. This includes the use of questionnaire to rate our service


Our Safeguard Team provides an enhanced scrutiny of all candidates placed into sensitive and high risk positions that allow contact with children or vulnerable adults. The team follows a systematic process to analyse each worker’s documentation, present the findings and allow our HR manager to make an informed decision on the level of risk. The team also scrutinises our customers’ records to ensure maximum compliance is achieved.

Human Resources and Performance Management

Our HRPM team take charge recruitment, payroll, staff welfare including training provided training via link to www.muniftraining.com and other outsourced personnel.

IT Development

Our IT Development Team analyse, design, build software and, maintain applications and packages for our business. The team work to a development plan that involves gaining insights and feedback from our clients to ensure that Munif’ software remains at the forefront of vendor management systems. They are also in-charge of our social media updates

Customer Service Centre

The Service Centre is the central 'off-line' point of contact for all customers and Staff. The team’s mission and vision is to deliver quality of service and operational process excellence to all external and internal clients. The teams Admin members also manages admin work, customers’ enrolment and registration.

Contract and Services/Relationship Management

Our dedicated team of Relationship Managers work in partnership with our customers’ to ensure we achieve contractual standards and focus on continuous improvement across the course of each contract. Our Relationship Managers ensure our supply arrangements meet evolving customers’ demand, manage supplier quality standards as well as identifying and implementing new strategies with our clients.
