Face-to-Face interview

Face – To – Face interview to ensure we recruit experienced and qualified staff. This involves full employment checks such as Right to work in the UK, DBS checks and confirmation of addresses

Compliance

Compliance: You will attend ONE full day induction course. You will shadow a member of staff and ready to start working with Munif.

Skills Test

Skills and personality to ascertain your level of literacy, numeracy and mandatory training certificates verification. As part of our selection process, we use psychometric assessment to provide employers with a reliable and most suitable candidates for work. We aim to measure attributes like intelligence, aptitude and personality to provide us with an insight into how well you work with other people, how well you handle stress, and whether you will be able to cope with the intellectual demands of the job.
